From beginnings as a software architect, Yeow Meng progressed to become an experienced consultant/trainer, business owner and professional pilot bringing a breath of cross-functional experience in Business Process Improvement & Quality Management, Information Management and Software Development.
He is a certified Project Manager & Six Sigma Quality Professional with over 2 decades of of hands-on project execution, Six Sigma & Lean Process Quality Improvement Training and Coaching experience worldwide in Greater China, Taiwan, Korea, USA, SE Asia & Australia.
To that end, Yeow Meng founded Wings Ventures Pte Ltd in Yr2004; a business consultancy that provides project implementation services specializing in e-business, process quality improvement training and web technology services. To-date, he has onsite hands-on experience in information systems design and delivery, process improvement training, business consulting in Greater China, Taiwan, Korea, USA, SE Asia & Australia.

Over the last decade, Yeow Meng not only pursued and translated his passion for Aviation into qualifications as business jet flight crew and ground handling professional, but went knee-deep into investing and developing from ground-up Private/Business aviation services regional businesses.
His flight crew credentials include Air Transport Pilot (qualified as a charter jet captain) & Instructor Pilot License (FAA CFI-MEI) for multi-engine Land & Sea Airplanes, Malaysian PPL, Australian & Thai PPL validations, Jet & Aerobatic ratings.
Yeow Meng founded WingsOverAsia Pte Ltd in Yr2009; a business/private aviation services outfit, which pioneered the Asia’s first aviation dedicated aviation lifestyle concierge, business jet flight support services and turnkey aircraft acquisition support. Under his leadership, the company obtain licensed ground handler status, international standard of business jet handling stage 2 certification, flight training provider approvals, sales and service representation for several world leading aircraft manufacturers.
